Payment plans are personalized according to each patient or their family. Please ask us about in-house financing options, outside financing, credit card payments and bank drafts. We will thoroughly explain your options so that you can determine a payment option that accomodates your needs.
For the convenience of our patients, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Courtesies are also available for multiple family members and for those who pay in full prior to the onset of treatment.
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs.
Although our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits, due to the complexities of orthodontic insurance, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot quarantee coverage . We will review with you the insurance benefits available to determine the appropriate course of action and will gladly file claims accordingly.
Most orthodontic insurance policies have a lifetime maximum with payments extending over the course of treatment. Please remember, that although orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child, those benefit payments will end if the policy cancels anytime during the course of treatment. In this case, the remaining insurance balance will be transfered to the responsiblity of the patient/responsible party.
